May events in the Yorkshire Dales

MAY is packed full of activities for visitors to the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Whether you enjoy talking in beautiful countryside or learning a practical skill, there is something to suit every age and ability in the package of events run by the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority.

The special qualities of the National Park– from its landscape and wildlife to its buildings and man-made features – are explored in a selection of walks for all abilities.

And there are plenty of things for youngsters to do, from stream dipping to learning about climate change.

There is a small charge for some of the activities and full details are available by phoning the relevant number.
