North Yorks help for red tape worries

[Wednesday 26 September 2007]

SMALL businesses in North Yorkshire facing even more Government red-tape from October 1 are being offered quick advice on-line.

New regulations come into force on either April 1 or October 1 called CCDs

The present Government is notorious for introducing news rules and regulations - some critics claim that it has brought in more new laws than any in peacetime history - and small businesses complain that they are being strangled by red tape.

New regulations come into force on either April 1 or October 1 and they are called common commencement dates - CCDs.

To explain any changes this autumn, Business Link York and North Yorkshire is offering a plain English guide. See the CCD summary page on www.here4business.co.uk
