Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) has now launched its Events Programme for 2010. Events take place between April and October and are designed to help both visitors and residents explore and appreciate the outstanding Nidderdale landscape.

The programme is packed with variety and includes something for everyone! It features some brand new events including a Moorland Safari and an introduction to map reading. There are also family events such as geocaching and mini beast hunting, practical hands on events such as dry stone walling and nest box making, and a range of talks and guided walks.

The full programme can be found on there website at www.nidderdaleaonb.org.uk and it will also be in the 2010 visitor guide which will be available from late April in Tourist Information Centres and local tourist attractions.
