Festivals and events organisers in Hambleton and Richmondshire are being invited to take part in a special networking event later this year.
The day will offer advice and information about organising events and provide information about new event publicity opportunities, as well as putting organisers in touch with each other to share good ideas and information.
It will also bring festival and event organisers together enabling arts officers to find out more about the different groups working in the two districts - and what is happening on the ground.
It is open to everyone - from people well experienced in organising events to those who may never have done anything but who could be exploring the idea of holding an event in their area.
The event - which is being organised by Hambleton District Council, Air - the arts development agency based in the Yorkshire Dales, and Create - an arts development agency leading on a ‘Festivals North Yorkshire’ programme across York and North Yorkshire – takes place at the Key Centre in Middleham on Saturday November 28.
