Ben Potter and Amy Crook
YOUNGSTERS in Thirsk were treated to a special demonstration as part of the District Council's Hyper Holidays activity programme.
Birds of prey expert, Ben Potter, dropped into the town’s swimming pool with eagles, vultures and a ‘fosters cara-cara’ and the 15 lucky children attending the session were invited to take a closer look - being able to hold the birds using a special glove and feed them using different food scraps.
