The Big Freeze comes to Craven Museum & Gallery Gallery

[Thursday 8 July 2010]

Craven District Council’s Craven Museum & Gallery, Skipton is inviting families to travel back in time to the Ice Age.

The Museum & Gallery is hosting a chilling family fun day on Saturday 17 July called ‘The Big Freeze’. As part of the national Festival of British Archaeology celebrations, children and families can come along for lots of ‘cool’ and crazy crafts like making woolly mammoth or sabre tooth tiger headgear.

The event takes place on Saturday 17 July, 11am to 4pm. Admission is free.

For further information about the fun day, exhibitions or other events contact Craven Museum & Gallery in Skipton Town Hall on 01756 706407, www.cravendc.gov.uk or on Facebook.
