POLICE in Harrogate are asking for the public’s help to identify the vandals behind a spate of graffiti attacks across the town.
Over the past few weeks, graffiti lettering or “Tags” are they are known, have appeared on various buildings and property throughout Harrogate.
“Tags” are usually the initials or signature of an individual vandal and police are asking for help from members of the public to identify them.

Sergeant Rob Thorpe of Harrogate Safer Neighbourhood Team said: “We are working closely with Harrogate District Safer Communities Partnership to bring these vandals to justice. The graffiti is a blight on our communities and causes inconvenience, upset and expense to members of the community.
“I would urge people to take a look at the images and get in touch if they can provide any information.”
