AN exhibition featuring a dazzling range of contemporary prints of Yorkshire landscapes begins this week at the Dales Countryside Museum in Hawes. The exhibition, held by 'INKERS' a group of Yorkshire print-makers and artists, opens Sunday 18 May and runs until Sunday 29 June.

The exhibition features prints by guest artist Katharine Holmes as well as work by Yorkshire artists Lucy Hainsworth, Vic Cruz Howell, Ian Wrench, Alison Saldana, Jenny Thomas, Jon Booth, Cath Brooke, Janine Denby and Julia Clegg.

Fiona Rosher, manager of the Dales Countryside Museum, says: "The Dales Countryside Museum hosts a number of major exhibitions throughout the summer season showcasing the wonderful work of local artists and we are delighted to welcome 'A Lasting Impression' by the INKERS of Yorkshire."

Entry to the exhibition is free; the exhibition hall is open every day, between 10am and 5pm.
